The police responded to a reported case of domestic violence in which a 69-year-old man discharged an automatic firearm toward his son, following a dispute. The perpetrator refused to surrender to the police and later committed suicide with the same firearm. It was reported that the perpetrator was already known to the police for domestic violence, and that several years ago threatened to kill his family by activating a hand grenade.
