A 62-year-old man fired shots from a gas pistol multiple times during a celebration. Then, he pointed the gas pistol in the direction of a 40-year-old man, and when it did not fire, the perpetrator hit the victim. The police seized the gas pistol in illegal possession with 33 pieces of ammunition from the perpetrator.
