Two rifles without proper documentation, 72 rounds of various types and calibers of ammunition, and one pistol were found and seized in a search of an apartment belonging to a 60-year-old man.  During the search, his wife attempted to discard these items, but the perpetrator was arrested and criminally charged on suspicion of having committed the offense of illegal border crossing and human smuggling in cooperation with another individual.
