Police found and seized an AK-47 rifle with three magazines and 139 cartridges, and a Zigana pistol with two magazines and 42 cartridges of 9x19 mm calibre, from the boot of a car in the garage of a 35-year-old man's house. The search was carried out under a court order. The perpetrator was interviewed in the presence of defence counsel and detained for 48 hours.
