Police stopped a vehicle and found a remote-controlled mine connected to a mobile phone for remote detonation. The explosive device was seized, along with the vehicle, a mask and two mobile phones. A 38-year-old man was arrested, while a 34-year-old suspected accomplice was declared wanted. Police continued investigating the destination and intended purpose of the mine.
