A 70-year-old man shot and injured his 64-year-old neighbour with a firearm after a quarrel. He then hid in the neighbourhood, and after extensive police searches and negotiations between his family and the police, he surrendered. The suspect was arrested for attempted murder and for the unlawful keeping of weapons and ammunition.
