A 40-year-old man was shot and injured in the legs by a firearm when a 31-year-old man shot at him from a moving vehicle. The suspect fled the scene but later turned himself in to the police. He was detained for 48 hours, and a pistol was found in his vehicle. The victim was transported to the hospital. According to reports, the victim is known to police and has been previously convicted four times for minor criminal offences.
