A “Crvena Zastava” 9 mm pistol, a “TOZ” 12-gauge shotgun, two “Ekol Tuna” pistols and 45 rounds of ammunition were seized from a 73-year-old perpetrator. The firearms were legally possessed under valid permits for possession and carrying. However, a decision for their temporary confiscation had previously been issued due to the firearms having been mechanically modified by installing smoothbore barrels, enabling them to fire live ammunition, but the firearms had not been surrendered by the perpetrator. The perpetrator was charged.
