A starter pistol and a PVC package containing a white powdery substance resembling amphetamine were voluntarily handed over to police officers. The individual who surrendered the items was brought to the police station for processing, where the case was reported to the duty prosecutor. The prosecutor classified the incident as a criminal offence of possession and enabling the use of narcotic drugs.
