A 41-year-old man was fatally shot in the neck with a pistol by a 35-year-old man while both were driving. Following the incident, the perpetrator fled the scene, leaving the victim's car to come to a halt later on.  The police declared the perpetrator wanted, and the motives behind the incident remain unclear.
