A 34-year-old man attempted to evade a police check. During the attempt, the man discarded a cloth bag onto the roof of a garage. Upon investigation, a pistol with a magazine and six bullets were found inside the discarded bag. The man was on leave from prison, where he was serving a sentence for murder. The man was arrested.
