Following a verbal dispute with two people, a 58-year-old man went to a local road with a rifle and stopped another person's car, hitting it and damaging it with the firearm. The victim suffered no injuries. When the police came, the perpetrator discharged the rifle towards them and into the air, but the officers suffered no injuries. While the perpetrator was loading the rifle, the police arrested him. It was reported that the perpetrator was under the influence of alcohol.
