A man was found carrying a ''CZ M 57'' pistol in illegal possession, which he refused to surrender to the police officers. When the police tried to take away the pistol, another man came up and took the pistol, cocked it and pointed it at the police officers, threatening to kill them. When one of the police officers pointed the service pistol at them, they moved away from the scene while the man was still holding the pistol pointed at the police officers. The men were arrested and sentenced to one-month imprisonment.
