A man notified the police that an explosive device was activated in front of his cafe/restaurant. No victims were reported. The police arrested two men, aged 24 and 28, for the explosion. According to the media, the motive of the explosion was a dispute between the owner of the cafe/restaurant and the 28-year-old man.
