Three men, one aged 23, were threatened with a pistol by a 37-year-old man during a verbal conflict and a short scuffle. The perpetrator was shortly hit on the head, rendering him unable to use using the pistol. The police intervened and seized the unloaded pistol to find whether the gun was legally owned.
