The dead body of a 29-year-old man with three gunshot  wounds was found dead in a forest. The victim had been reported missing by his mother the day before. It was discovered that the victim and the perpetrators were at a party near where he was found. They were shootings into the air from firearms during the party. A pistol without a magazine was found in the victim's car. Law enforcement officials assume that, following a dispute with the victim, the man shot the victim and took the body to the forest, where he and others buried it, and left Moldova.The main suspect was discovered in Romania and the authorities have begun extradition proceedings.  Several prosecution activities and investigative measures are underway to establish the whereabouts of the suspect and his subsequent detention.
