Two men, aged 51 and 42, fired shots during a family celebration. One of them fired three times with a gas pistol and voluntarily handed it over, and three shell casings believed to belong to that weapon were found at the scene. The other man voluntarily handed over a pistol with five cartridges and stated that he had not fired it. Both men were interviewed and released under regular procedure, while the firearms, ammunition and other material evidence were taken into evidence.
