A Browing pistol, cal. 7.65 mm, with a magazine and 5 pieces of ammunition was found and seized during the check of a 27-year-old man. The police arrested the man for illegal possession of firearms. The Higher Court confirmed the indictment filed by the Prosecutor's Office, and the suspect was charged with the criminal offence of illegal possession of weapons and explosive devices. T
