A device for precise targeting – a Holosun HS 407C holographic sight was found and seized during the inspection of the luggage belonging to a 32-year-old man, an American citizen with temporary residence in Montenegro. The perpetrator was arrested on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives.
