In consultation with the prosecutor, a case was initiated and remains under investigation. On 22 July 2026, the 22-year-old man voluntarily appeared at the police station and handed over the EKOL MAJOR gas pistol with an empty magazine that he had used during the celebration. The gas pistol was seized, and the man was released under regular procedure by decision of the prosecutor.
