A 39-year-old man, while driving with other persons, fired several cartridges from his vehicle toward another vehicle with a 45-year-old and a 43-year-old man inside. No injuries were reported, and the vehicle was not damaged. Three cartridges were found at the scene. The perpetrator was arrested and will be charged.
