Seven firearms, including three hunting rifles, one pistol, and three gas pistols, along with quantities of ammunition, were seized by police during a search of a family home. The weapons were found in illegal possession and have been sent for forensic examination. The operation was carried out as part of efforts to locate a convicted member of an organised criminal group, subject to an international arrest warrant, who had allegedly been sheltered in the residence. Although the fugitive had departed before officers arrived, investigators confirmed information indicating that he had been staying at the location. A 52-year-old man, a 46-year-old woman, and their 21-year-old son were charged with assisting an offender after the commission of a criminal act, while the 52-year-old also faces charges for unlawful possession of weapons and explosives. Police continue their search for the fugitive.
