Following a two-month investigation conducted by police and the Prosecutor’s Office, police carried out the coded operation “Rotondo” targeting firearms trafficking. During the operation, police stopped a vehicle and discovered firearms suspected to have been trafficked from Montenegro and intended for sale in the area. Two men, aged 31 and 22, were arrested. A third suspected accomplice was identified and declared wanted.
