An improvised explosive device weighing about 1 kilogram, a PVC container with a coil of red-colored fuse of an undetermined length, a metal can with explosives and a fuse for a hand grenade M75, and a coil of slow-burning black-colored fuse of undetermined length, all in illegal possession, were found and seized in a police raid of an apartment belonging to a 29-year-old man. The perpetrator is suspected of unlawfully possessing firearms and explosives and is a repeat offender.
