A 43-year-old man was shot and injured with a pistol by another man, aged 35, during a dispute over the noise the victim was making while working. The perpetrator fled the scene but was caught later by the police. The firearm was seized from the perpetrator. The victim was sent to the hospital to receive medical treatment.
