The police were notified that a 26-year-old man, with previous criminal record, was armed and planning to commit murder for hire. Upon noticing the police, the pereptrator  tried to escape, threw his pistol into a dumpster, but was caught by the police. A 17-year-old boy was charged with complicity and failing to report the incident.
