A 30-year-old man was recorded firing a pistol into the air in the yard of his house. After reviewing the video, police identified the man, escorted him to the police station and seized the pistol, which he voluntarily handed over. No other unlawful items were found during the house search. The man was interviewed in the presence of a defence lawyer and released under regular procedure by decision of the prosecutor.
