A video recording showed a 50-year-old man firing several shots into the air with an AK-47 automatic rifle. Police received the recording about two years after it was made. A search of the perpetrator's house, ordered by the prosecutor, found no firearm. The perpetrator, who is working abroad, admitted to the shooting by telephone and said he no longer held the weapon. The case was initiated in consultation with the prosecutor.
