A woman employee was threatened with a starting pistol by a 17-year-old man who stole money during an armed robbery of a betting shop. Two citizens who happened to be there tried to prevent the perpetrator from committing the crime. However, the perpetrator discharged the starting pistol and injured one of the citizens and ran away. The police found and arrested the perpetrator, and another 17-year-old man, from whom they seized two knives and a round of ammunition.  Both minors are suspected of committing five robberies.
