Action on the reported case of domestic violence, where a woman reported that her 55-year-old husband had verbally and physically assaulted her in their family home, the police found and seized a Smith & Wesson revolver, of 357 Magnum calibre, in illegal possession. The perpetrator was arrested on suspicion of committing the criminal offence of domestic violence or violence, as well as the criminal offence of unlawful possession and carrying of weapons and explosive materials.
