A man was shot and injured with a firearm by a 23-year-old man. The victim underwent emergency surgery. Both the victim and the perpetrator are Albanian citizens. The suspect was arrested and is charged with attempted aggravated murder, endangering another person's life, and illegal possession of firearms and explosives. The case is under investigation.
