A boy picked up an AK-47 rifle and, while handling it, fired a round that struck his 10-year-old brother. The injured child was taken to the hospital for treatment. Police found and seized the AK-47 with a magazine holding twenty cartridges during a search of the house. At the prosecutor's decision, the perpetrator was released to continue under regular procedure.
