An unknown perpetrator(s) threw an explosive device into the yard of a 21-year-old man for the second time during the week. The device failed to detonate, and no injuries were reported. The intended target is reportedly known to police and described by media as being close to the Škaljari criminal clan. He was also arrested the following day in connection with a separate violent assault and had previously been convicted of violent offences.
