During a vehicle check, border police officers stopped a car driven by a 27-year-old man. A Walther 9 mm pistol with a spare magazine was found in a backpack on the front passenger seat. Although the suspect held a firearms permit, the prosecutor determined elements of illegal possession/carrying were present. The firearm was temporarily seized, and a criminal complaint was filed against the man. Investigation and procedural steps continue.
