Authorities initiated an investigation into the killing of a dog in a residential yard. The dog’s owner suspects his neighbour, reportedly a Ministry of Interior employee, of shooting the animal with a firearm.  Details regarding the seizure of any weapon have not been disclosed. The investigation is ongoing to establish all relevant facts.
