Following a report of gunfire, police located a suspect and seized six shell casings from inside and around his vehicle. A search of the suspect’s residence uncovered and confiscated a semi-automatic rifle. After interrogation and at the prosecutor's order, the suspect was released under standard procedures, and the case proceeded regularly.
