Immediately after receiving reports from several citizens that their family member was discharging a firearm into the air near their home, police officers arrested a 33-year-old man. It is suspected that while intoxicated, he had an argument with his brother and then fired an AK-47 into the air near the residence. Efforts to locate the firearm are ongoing.
