Acting on operational intelligence, the police stopped a vehicle driven by a 46-year-old man, and during a search, found and seized a semi-automatic Beretta shotgun (12mm calibre) found without documentation. A criminal complaint was filed for unauthorised possession and carrying of weapons and explosive materials.
