A small amount of TNT was placed on the hood of a vehicle and exploded during the night, causing material damage only. Security cameras captured the perpetrator leaving on foot after placing the explosive device. Police suspected that the explosive device was placed as a warning to the vehicle owner and were investigating a possible property-related motive.
