A gas pistol, a pistol recoil compensator, and two rounds of ammunition of different types and calibers were found and seized during a search of an apartment and other premises used by one individual. In relation to the gas pistol, a misdemeanour citation was issued in accordance with the law on weapons, while the competent prosecutor will subsequently determine the legal qualification regarding the other seized items.
