A 48-year-old man reported to police that an unknown person had fired at him, claiming he disarmed the attacker and threw the weapon away. However, the investigation revealed that he had, in fact, fired the pistol himself, which he possessed without authorisation. At the scene, police found a pistol with a round in the chamber, five rounds in the magazine, and one spent shell casing. The suspect was arrested for illegal possession and use of a firearm and detained for 48 hours.
