Andreja Marčenko joined the UNDP SEESAC team in October 2023 as an Administrative Clerk. From 2017 to 2023, he worked for the Commissariat for Refugees and Migrations within the framework of the EU-funded project to support migratory flows as an Asylum and Reception Centers Coordinator in six municipalities in Serbia. After the Commissariat, he joined the International Exchanges and Research Board as a Programme Associate in the Learn to Discern Media Literacy Program. From 2021 to 2023, he was engaged as an External Consultant on two interregional cooperation projects. He holds an MA in Philosophy from Belgrade University.

Milica Raičević joined the UNDP SEESAC team in April 2024 as an Administrative Clerk within the Operations team. Previously, Milica worked as a Project Assistant/Office Manager at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. She was engaged in the following projects implemented by GIZ: “Open Regional Fund for Southeast Europe - Foreign Trade”, and twinning projects “Support to the Revenue and Customs Administration of Montenegro for ensuring efficient and effective customs controls at borders” and “Support to Regulation of Financial Services in Montenegro.” Prior to her engagement with GIZ, Ms. Raicevic worked as an interpreter on a monitoring mission to investigate domestic violence in Montenegro, implemented by NGO ”Advocates for Human Rights”, which has special consultative status with the United Nations. She holds Bachelor's and Specialist’s degrees in interpretation from the Institute of Foreign Languages, University of Montenegro in Podgorica.

Lena Dasic joined the SEESAC team in December 2024 as an AVMP Junior Consultant. Her previous experience included employment in marketing, project management and the IT sector. She is currently engaged in the marketing and communications sector of Gradsko Stambeno Preduzeće. She earned a bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Political Science in International Relations and has engaged as a project coordinator in Club for the United Nations during her studies.

Antonela Progonati joined SEESAC in January 2025 as an AVMP Junior Consultant. She previously worked in finance, budgeting, and logistics at the Special Structure Against Corruption and Organized Crime, Albania, where she contributed to financial planning and operational efficiency. Antonela holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tirana. In addition to her expertise in financial management and logistics, she has a strong knowledge of ammunition, further enhancing her ability to support initiatives focused on security and arms control.

Viktorija Nedelkovska started working as an AVMP Junior Consultant in January 2025. She previously worked as a freelancer at the Citizen Association Most, a local non-governmental organization, where she collected data on electoral irregularities. She holds a Master's degree in Administrative Law from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and passed the bar exam in 2022. She is currently working as a corporate lawyer specializing in intellectual property matters.

Daniel Goinic joined the SEESAC team in January 2025 as an AVMP Junior Consultant. He has accumulated years of experience working in public and not-for-profit organizations, focusing on justice, anti-corruption, and human rights protection in Moldova. Daniel earned his law degree from the State University of Moldova, a master's degree in international law from the same institution, and another master's degree in international human rights law from Jagiellonian University.

Dragan Stokanic joined the SEESAC team as a driver in January 2025. Before joining SEESAC, Dragan managed fleet operations for private companies and international organizations, overseeing vehicle maintenance, logistics, and transport services and ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards across various industries.
