Katarina Živić

Project Assistant

Katarina Živić joined the SEESAC team as a Project Assistant in September 2023. She is pursuing her Master’s degree in Human Rights and Multi-level Governance at the Faculty of Political Science, Law and International Studies, University of Padova, and she attained her Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Public Relations from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Niš. Previously, Katarina worked at the National Youth Council of Serbia as a Programme Assistant and has experience in the private sector as well.

Marija Dejanović

Administrative Clerk

Marija Dejanović joined SEESAC in October 2023 as an Administrative Clerk. She has previously worked as a Corporate Travel Project Manager at a travel agency in Belgrade. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Belgrade, Philology Faculty. Her major is Turkish language, literature, and culture. Marija has also successfully earned her Master’s degree in International Relations: Turkey, Europe, and the Middle East, from Bosporus University in Istanbul.

Andreja Marčenko

Administrative Clerk

Andreja Marčenko joined the UNDP SEESAC team in October 2023 as an Administrative Clerk. From 2017 to 2023, he worked for the Commissariat for Refugees and Migrations within the framework of the EU-funded project to support migratory flows as an Asylum and Reception Centers Coordinator in six municipalities in Serbia. After the Commissariat, he joined the International Exchanges and Research Board as a Programme Associate in the Learn to Discern Media Literacy Program. From 2021 to 2023, he was engaged as an External Consultant on two interregional cooperation projects. He holds an MA in Philosophy from Belgrade University.

Aleksandra Kožović

Administrative Clerk

Aleksandra Kožović joined the SEESAC team as an Administrative Clerk in November 2023. Prior to joining SEESAC, Aleksandra worked as a Research Intern at the World Justice Project in Washington, D.C. She holds a master’s degree in Political Science from Southern Illinois University, where she majored in International Relations. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Kentucky University, where she double majored in Criminology and International Affairs.

Milica Raičević

Administrative Clerk

Milica Raičević joined the UNDP SEESAC team in April 2024 as an Administrative Clerk within the Operations team. Previously, Milica worked as a Project Assistant/Office Manager at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. She was engaged in the following projects implemented by GIZ: “Open Regional Fund for Southeast Europe - Foreign Trade”, and twinning projects “Support to the Revenue and Customs Administration of Montenegro for ensuring efficient and effective customs controls at borders” and “Support to Regulation of Financial Services in Montenegro.” Prior to her engagement with GIZ, Ms. Raicevic worked as an interpreter on a monitoring mission to investigate domestic violence in Montenegro, implemented by NGO ”Advocates for Human Rights”, which has special consultative status with the United Nations. She holds Bachelor's and Specialist’s degrees in interpretation from the Institute of Foreign Languages, University of Montenegro in Podgorica.

Fatjon Dervishi

Armed Violence Monitoring Platform (AVMP) Junior Consultant

Fatjon Dervishi joined the SEESAC team in March 2022 as an AVMP Junior Consultant. His previous experience included two years of document control for an international company in the energy sector. He is currently engaged as an Electronics Engineer at two Hydro Power Plants, where he manages and troubleshoots day-to-day operations. Fatjon earned his Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, where he also earned his Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering. 

Tatiana Suruceanu

Armed Violence Monitoring Platform (AVMP) Junior Consultant

Tatiana Suruceanu became a member of the SEESAC team as an AVMP Junior Consultant in March 2022. She holds a Bachelor's degree in law from the Technical University of Moldova and a Master's degree in law from the State University of Moldova. Her prior professional experience includes four years of legal practice as a legal adviser and an intern attorney. She is currently entrusted with part-time administrative and accounting duties at a small company. 

Nikola Kostadinov

Armed Violence Monitoring Platform (AVMP) Junior Consultant

Nikola Kostadinov joined SEESAC in March 2022 as an AVMP Junior consultant. Since, 2016, he has been a freelancer with the Citizen Association MOST, a local non-governmental organization, where he collects data on electoral irregularities. He also works at the Gicev Law Office in Skopje. Nikola earned a Master’s degree in Civil Law from the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. 

Duško Djuričić

Senior Driver

Duško Djuričić is a Senior Driver at the SEESAC team. He joined the team in May 2002 as a driver. Duško has years-long experience in helping prepare and organize trips. Prior to SEESAC, he worked for OXFAM GB assisting with the logistics for emergency programs.
