The EU Common Military List

Following established practice of support to national authorities and in order to assist beneficiaries, SEESAC drafted an official analysis of changes in the Common Military List of the European Union 2010, adopted by the Council on 15 February 2010, and updating and replacing the Common Military List of the European Union adopted by the Council on 23 February 2009. The document, which can be downloaded here, highlights the changes in the EU Military List (EUML) relative to 2009. Its purpose is to facilitate and encourage the adoption by states in the Western Balkans of the latest EU military list, thus helping them increase their compliance with EU regulations in the area of arms transfer controls.

Taking into consideration that some states have still not adopted the changes from 2009, SEESAC also produced an analysis of the updates from the Common Military List of the European Union adopted by the Council on 10 March 2008. The document can be downloaded here.
