BiH - Information on Licences issued for Transfers of Arms, Military Equipment and Dual-Use Products in 2008

The  Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina has produced their fifth annual report on licenses issued for transfer of arms, military equipment and dual-use products in 2008.

 The main part of the report describes the legislative and legal framework for trade of arms, military equipment and dual-use goods and gives an overview of licenses issued for transfers.

 The annexes contain tables with information on issued and denied licenses for import and export of products from the Military List, as well as the data on issued licenses for temporary export of products from the military lists and dual-use products.

The report was prepared in accordance with EU recommendations regarding the format and the content of national reports in order to be compatible with the EU Reports and comparable with national reports of neighboring states.
