SASP 2 is for use by anyone preparing to develop or take part in SALW Awareness work, whether they are members of civil society, national SALW Authorities, international organisations, donors, or security/peace-keeping forces. It consists of a Handbook that sets out the principles and procedures for carrying out safe and effective SALW Awareness campaigns, and a CD-ROM containing supporting materials.
